We are an integral part of a long continual improvement journey of a textile giant, Coats plc. Personally, I share a special relationship with the company, where I kind of became a pseudo employee involved in its LSS roll outs not only in India but also across its other South Asian operations clocking more than 400+ consulting days. Our mutual trust and respect for each other’s core expertise have made our relationship stronger with time. We could achieve significant tangible and intangible results in this journey only because of the impeccable leadership commitment towards Lean Six Sigma. It is mentionable that the design and deployment team lead by technically sound Master Black Belts along with project sponsors have ensured that, Lean Six Sigma is not just a training jargon, but a way of achieving group’s envisioned goals such as profitable sales growth, increased productivity and value delivery.
To add icing on the cake, PQLS team could meet with our long time mentor, Nanda Kumar, arguably one of the best process excellence consultants in the country, during one of our recent workshops in a company that makes enough thread in 3.5 hours to go to the moon and come back. Quite literally!
